Of course, here at McDonald Mazda, we love all Mazda vehicles. There are so many great options to choose from, all with an array of desirable features—both inside and out. Today, however, we’ll be focusing on the interiors of select Mazdas and ranking them accordingly. Read on to learn more about our picks as the top Mazdas for their interior alone.

Mazda CX-9

Comfort is not reserved for those in the front seats. The Mazda CX-9 offers second-row captain’s chairs. No need to worry about sharing space! Here, passengers can get their own, separate seats. The driver obviously needs their extra perks, too. One of our favorite features is the heated steering wheel. No cold hands with this guy! In fact, heated seats are features for both front and rear seats, so everyone can stay extra warm and cozy! A power sliding-glass moonroof with a sunshade also affords incredible views, no matter where you’re going. For these reasons, the Mazda CX-9 earns our No. 1 spot in terms of interior.

Mazda CX-30

Coming in at No. 2 is the Mazda CX-30. As always, the interior here is comfortable and elegant. There’s a reason it won an Editor’s Choice award from Car and Driver. With the 2022 model, you have the option of either an 8- or 12-speaker audio system. The option to upgrade to heated seats in the front is also available. The Premium trim offers luxury features that are on par with cars such as the Lexus UX.

Mazda 3

Simple, yet elegant, the Mazda 3 interior has all it needs to satisfy any budget-conscious consumer. The Mazda 3 has a state-of-the-art upholstery, with the option to choose warm greige or red leather, maintaining a contemporary look and feel. It couldn’t be any more appropriate that the Mazda 3 is placed at No. 3.

Mazda CX-70

Introducing the 2023 Mazda CX-70. While the specs have yet to be released, we can expect an upgrade to the crossover range. This model will feature 2 rows and hold 5 passengers, making it pretty standard in terms of seating availability. You can expect upgrades to the cabin as well. While we don’t know all the details of what’s to come, we can certainly get excited about this new model. If we know anything about Mazda’s reputation, we know their master craftsmen, known as Takumi, will bring a high-end look and feel to the interior, at a competitive price. Since we don’t officially know what this model will bring to the table, we are currently ranking it at our No. 4 spot.
